Pros
As a social worker coming from a nursing home setting to hospice, I finally feel supported and appreciated by my company, supervisor, patient's, and families. It really has been a growing and learning experience for myself as well. I would highly recommend anyone to apply with JourneyCare.
Cons
There have been some difficulties with the merging process of Addus and JourneyCare. However, the pro's really out weigh the con's. Merging companies is a work in progress.
