      Can pick your own schedule, work close to home, clients are amazing, office staff are the best I've worked with in a long while, time and a half for holidays as well

      Cons

      Sometimes there is driving involved, have to fill in on short notice if there is a call off, we use cell track which tends to mess up a lot

      Rewarding work for the community you live in.

      Cons

      Depending on your branch you'll have completely different experiences. My Branch Manager had no business being in her position and made work a waking nightmare.
