Transphobic AND unorganized - Home Health Aide Addus HomeCare Employee Review

They consistently short employees and have a horrible payroll system. No one will give you information on the union that you are forced to join and pay dues for. They are transphobic and consistently deadname a member of the family that I work for. I was recently told after arguing for 3 days with the woman in charge of payroll, that she could not help me with my check that was shorted for half of my hours. Just an overall terribly organized, transphobic, and money-grubbing company that doesn't care about their clients or staff.
