1. You can downgrade yourself easily by joining this company 2. You will be amazed after knowing the employer centric approach in every aspect of the company policies 3. You will be abused on company's trip by a founder 4. HR don't even know the basic maths and calculation and he hires the resources for the company ( I got a chance to not even had a telephonic round with her on interview) 5. They never pay the employee salary on time 6. Just satisfy the ego of the founders and you are good to go

Nothing, pros are enough to read

Management is transparent about the job responsibilities, perks and incentives. Work load is balanced. Team gets new opportunities on daily basis to interact with well known business personalities via email or via face to face meetings. Good exposure of the domestic business and strategies.

It’s a start-up company. So the look n feel of the office won’t give you the luxury feeling like mnc’s. But working here for a short/long while will be worth of decades.
