      Small company that give better salary and benefits to make it more attractive.

      Cons

      - Management do not listen to employee feedbacks even though they claimed they did so. - Management do not have clear direction of their objective and keep changing direction - Manager is very micro-managing down to how you should write an e-mail

      Dank je voor het delen van je feedback. De levering van onderdelen was vorig jaar inderdaad erg lastig. Gelukkig is hierin verandering gekomen door de samenwerking tussen ons Purchasing and Supply Chain Team, Logistics Team en Customer Lifecycle Support Team. Herken jij dit ook?

      Dank je voor je feedback. Wij zijn ook erg trots op onze technologie en mooie klanten portfolio welke gestaag groeit. We hadden graag vernomen wat je met structuur bedoelt. Met enige regelmaat kijken hoe we ons organiseren en of er wellicht iets aangepast moet worden in de organisatiestructuur.
