      Great environment, real sense of Community. Free gym membership. Potential to move up.

      Cons

      Huge division between staff the works in the fitness center and staff that works in offices. Lots of turnover with frontline staff. Lots of politics, favoritism. Difficult to near impossible to get a pay increase.
