      can make decent money after years of building commission.

      Cons

      Lack of communication, direction, and professionalism. Everyone is a number to management and they dont care how youre treated. Base salary is well below other companies.

      Pros

      Addison Group is a wonderful organization with incredible support from within, opportunities to grow, and great people to work with. I never expected to spend 4+ years of a career here starting out, - but I see a lot more time here in my future!

      Cons

      The workload can be demanding based on how successful you'd like it to be -- which is not a bad thing at all but the sky's the limit if you're willing to put in the work.
