      Pros

      LOVE upper management here. I am so grateful to have an amazing President, VP, and team. Great office culture & work life balance. Weekly pay + uncapped commission. Perm bonuses paid out every month. Everyone is super supportive & always willing to help you out with anything! Fun office event & outings!

      Cons

      Pay for parking and fully onsite.

      Pros

      Addison Group is a wonderful organization with incredible support from within, opportunities to grow, and great people to work with. I never expected to spend 4+ years of a career here starting out, - but I see a lot more time here in my future!

      Cons

      The workload can be demanding based on how successful you'd like it to be -- which is not a bad thing at all but the sky's the limit if you're willing to put in the work.
