      Pros

      A great company to work with and this company can also lead you to a company that fits you the best! Anna was the recruiter that worked with me. She does her homework for each case and she uniquely treats each case. I truly recommend this place to all.

      There are challenges at work but the challenges will make your future better.

      The team, culture and integrity throughout the Addison Group is top notch.

      Pros

      Addison Group is a wonderful organization with incredible support from within, opportunities to grow, and great people to work with. I never expected to spend 4+ years of a career here starting out, - but I see a lot more time here in my future!

      Cons

      The workload can be demanding based on how successful you'd like it to be -- which is not a bad thing at all but the sky's the limit if you're willing to put in the work.
