Do not work here unless you want to kiss up to management..even then you’ll be fired in less than a month. - Recruiter Addison Group Employee Review

Pros

Team lunches, flexible breaks. Weekly pay.

Cons

Managers and everyone else coming in late even when live so close. Lack of communication, favoritism. Lack of diversity. Manager will purposely exclude you if you don’t miss up to her. You have to be talkative and join in on talking crap about candidates to fit in. No training or direction for new recruiters and managers didn’t seem to know how to properly train.

Pros

I've had a positive experience working at Addison Group. The people are genuinely supportive, and the collaborative culture is one of the biggest reasons I've stayed. Leadership encourages teamwork, celebrates wins, and provides opportunities for professional growth.

Cons

Recruiting can be unpredictable, so some roles and markets are more challenging than others.
