My team “churned and burned” many times while I was there for less than a year. My direct manager talked behind my back to multiple co workers (things I ONLY shared with my manager), but I guess that’s what I get for sharing personal information. Very “frat” like culture. I was almost required to go to happy hours / dinners after work. I would be told months in advance to block off my calendar for happy hours and to “not make plans after work”? If I didn’t go, I would be questioned and felt like I owed them a reason. And I’m sorry, but working 5 days a week in office is dead. If you’re going to let some offices work remotely or hybrid, let every office to the same. Talking poorly about candidates happened A LOT. I would hate to know that a recruiter or BDM was talking about me that way if I was applying for a job to work at your company.
