Pros

Work life balance, ability to learn a completely new industry because of great leader and mentorship and training provided, EVERYONE celebrates each other's wins, problem solving type community - how can we be better and do better, how can we help and support each other and work together, uncapped commission! Generous PTO and 401K, stays up to date with current workforce trends, promotes from within, allows for professional growth, and the list goes on! In 20 years of working, this is my favorite job yet, I will be a lifer at AG :)

Cons

In staffing, and sales in general, there is a never a day where all of your tasks are complete, so you just have to set boundaries for yourself or you could work 24/7. This is not a CON directed to AG though, they wouldn't want you to burn out, and encourage us to find work life balance.

Pros

I've had a positive experience working at Addison Group. The people are genuinely supportive, and the collaborative culture is one of the biggest reasons I've stayed. Leadership encourages teamwork, celebrates wins, and provides opportunities for professional growth.

Cons

Recruiting can be unpredictable, so some roles and markets are more challenging than others.
