      Pros

      Some of the most personable co-workers out there. Managers are understanding and interested if you enjoy the work you do. You can learn a lot from those who have been with the company for a long time and there is room to grow with the company.

      Cons

      Job can be stressful. If you want to be successful you're never off the clock. Sometimes things come up and it's in your best interest to take more emails and calls even when you leave the office.

      Pros

      Addison Group is a wonderful organization with incredible support from within, opportunities to grow, and great people to work with. I never expected to spend 4+ years of a career here starting out, - but I see a lot more time here in my future!

      Cons

      The workload can be demanding based on how successful you'd like it to be -- which is not a bad thing at all but the sky's the limit if you're willing to put in the work.
