Pros

If you are young, you will work with many people your age who want to make friends and transition into the professional world.

Cons

Addison Group is an extremely unprofessional organization. Everyone from C suite management to the front desk staff party and drink like fish in the office and on the job. If you don’t drink, you are an outcast. The job itself is hit or miss. You are either wildly successful (with no guidance) or incredibly unsuccessful and it is all based on luck. You’ll be underpaid and unhappy working for this company long term while losing any sense of professionalism you had when you joined the organization. Addison Group is also strongly lacking racial diversity.

We appreciate your having taken the time to write a review, and regret that the experience here was clearly not as you had desired. We take great pride in our people-first approach at Addison Group and the great business we have built over the past 20+ years. At the same time, we are always seeking to be even better. Organizations across the country, including us, are aware of the importance of diversity, equality and inclusion (DEI), and we continue to increase our focus on it each day through several initiatives we are implementing across the company. Pros

Addison Group is a wonderful organization with incredible support from within, opportunities to grow, and great people to work with. I never expected to spend 4+ years of a career here starting out, - but I see a lot more time here in my future!

Cons

The workload can be demanding based on how successful you'd like it to be -- which is not a bad thing at all but the sky's the limit if you're willing to put in the work.
