      Great team work environment: we are all great work friends that provide healthy competition to one another! Everyone wants you to be successful here at Addison Group! You get directly compensated for the hard work!

      Cons

      Having to fire people is not my favorite thing to do, letting people down is difficult.

      Pros

      Addison Group is a wonderful organization with incredible support from within, opportunities to grow, and great people to work with. I never expected to spend 4+ years of a career here starting out, - but I see a lot more time here in my future!

      Cons

      The workload can be demanding based on how successful you'd like it to be -- which is not a bad thing at all but the sky's the limit if you're willing to put in the work.
