The team is super supportive and collaborative, and I’ve always felt trusted to take ownership of my work. I enjoy the mix of creativity and strategy, and the global reach of the company keeps things fresh and engaging.
Cons
It’s definitely a fast-paced environment, which can be a bit intense at times, especially when juggling multiple priorities. Some processes are still evolving as the company grows, so you have to be adaptable and comfortable navigating a bit of ambiguity.
