Pros
The teachers and people in the office are nice and friendly people. And if you're a part-timer, you're paid a fair amount per hour.
Cons
Full-timers get paid a flat salary and are overworked from 10 am until as late as 8 pm on busy days. It's hard to tell who's responsible for what, so you can almost never ask for your pay, and when you do they just bounce you around between managers or upper management (who are rarely responsive, unless they need you for something). - Never paid on time - Schedules are sent last minute - Curricula are also sent last minute - Even if your contract stipulates that you should work in Casa or Rabat, you might still get sent (on short notice) to far cities like Fes or Marrakech - Overall bad management and organization
