Management - run by a mother/son duo, both megalomaniacs but the mother thinks she can shout and bully people into submission. Everyone is aware she does this but don't say anything as most of the employees are based in South Asia/Indonesia and have other responsibilities so make the job work for them.
They expect you to be on call all the time, outside of working hours and don't think anyone has a life outside of work.
They force their employees to write good reviews on glassdoor to keep ratings high.
Not the 'family' they keep going on about.
Hiring: constantly hiring all year round with exceptionally high turnover. People leave every month or so.
CEO- current CEO is arrogant and unprofessional. Records meetings without consent and talks inappropriately about other people.
