Decent pay, easy to request off, coworkers are very friendly, job itself is easy to do

The management could be better. One of the directors is an absolute nightmare to work with. Turnover rate is extremely high, and the managers don't really listen to the concerns of the staff (they always ask for your opinion, but never really take it into meaningful consideration). Upper management tends to micromanage, and the pay could be much higher if they didn't overstaff every single day.

The food is really good

Awful management, no leadership, leaves you never wanting to work in the industry again, stressed out even on days off, no loyalty from company, overworked and underpaid, never hires staff that has experience so you carry extra weight and you all get paid the same, you're never told "good job" or "thank you". An overall, soul sucking place. Please hear these words, DON'T LOSE YOURSELF FOR A PLACE LIKE THIS.
