Pros

The onboarding process here is excellent. There is a very thorough, structured training plan for the first four weeks that ensures you aren't just thrown into the deep end. On top of that, the team culture is great—all employees have been incredibly welcoming both on a social side and by proactively offering help whenever it's needed. Communication from leadership is very transparent. You aren't kept in the dark about account wins, agency performance, or upcoming internal strategies, which makes you feel like a valued part of the company's wider growth plan rather than just a cog in the machine. There is also a great sense of direction within the company. Leadership has outlined very clear, transparent growth plans for the business in the future, which makes it an incredibly motivating environment to work in as you can see exactly where the company is heading and how it plans to scale.

Pros

1. You will meet a wide range of fantastic people. 2. You will learn resilience. 3. Sales director is 10/10. 4. Socialising on a Friday, you get a free bevy, 5. Finish on time. You don't have to work through lunch if you're just starting, if you get promoted you will. 6. Diverse energetic department.

Cons

1. You apply thinking you're getting a BDM role. then you get an SDR on significantly less, then you get offered the job and it's min wage. It's a bit of a mission to travel to for anyone from Manchester, and the cost of travel makes it less attractive, 2. You never find out if the clients you sold to actually got the results. 3. You can hit all your targets and still feel like the entire sales floor has failed. The elephant in the room is the economy and lead quality but you can NEVER discuss. 4. One bad apple cause a Dominio effect in staff leaving and management ignored complaints. TIP - start the google digital marketing qualifications if you want to progress.
