Despite challenges with upper management (K and K), there was a notable period of stability and effectiveness under the leadership of a skilled manager (R and R) who played a key role in maintaining company operations.
Cons
My experience with Addon Support Services was extremely disappointing. They frequently exploit desperate individuals, including immigrants new to the country. The company lacks organization and integrity, often lying to employees and treating them disrespectfully. Despite promises, they consistently fail to provide reasonable schedules or fair compensation, even for experienced workers. Management's behavior is unprofessional and demeaning, and they seem more focused on personal interests than on supporting their team. I regret wasting my time with this company and advise others to avoid it at all costs.
