Pros

Working at Adcuratio has been a really rewarding experience. The projects are challenging and impactful, which pushes you to grow and think beyond your comfort zone. The leadership are very approachable and genuinely care about employees, always keeping us as a priority. The culture is friendly and collaborative, so it never feels like you’re working alone. There are also plenty of opportunities to explore and learn new technologies, which keeps the work exciting. Management is supportive. On top of that, small things like food being available in the office make day-to-day work easier and enjoyable. Overall, the growth trajectory here feels promising, and the environment really motivates you to keep learning and moving forward.

Cons

Sometimes work-life balance can get a bit challenging, especially during times when certain projects require stretching beyond regular hours. But the good thing is that leadership make sure no one gets burned out and even provide a drop facility if it gets late, this might happen just once or twice a year, and it’s not something frequent. Earlier there were a few challenges here and there, but in the last couple of months management has actively recognised and fixed those, so things feel much smoother now.
