Pros

Interesting technology, when the tests are successful. Co workers were some of the most brilliant and nicest people I've ever met.

Cons

Don't believe the positive reviews. They're definitely fake. In my time there (less than 2 years, I don't know how I survived that long). I never witnessed them actually selling any product. How they generate revenue is unknown. Did witness a bunch of demos to new and old investors. CEO is an ego maniac. Witnessed constant verbal harassment of other employees to the point where they walked out of a meeting and quit on the spot. Daily meetings with no agenda, CEO just blabs on about his superior intellect and bashes the technology of other similar companies. No real team. High turnover. The worst micro management ever. Interviewed directly with the CEO and he LIED about the size of the company. I was told the company had 50 employees, but when I has hired there were less than five. At one point there were 10, including some sales and marketing, but they were let go pretty quickly over stupid reasons. CEO is on a power trip and WILL yell at you and fire people who don't fall in line with his standards. Work place is hostile, everyone works in fear of the CEOs next office arrival. Your ideas a shot down immediately because CEO and his principal engineer know all. CEO promises revolutionary technology but can never quite get it right because employee retention doesn't exist. Read somewhere online that many southern investors are suing the company because the CEO dodges their inquiries about company growth, revenue, return on investment, etc...Stay far, far away from this place!!

Pros

Initially I joined the company as a contractor, but few months later, they reviewed/really liked my work, and hired me as a full-time employee. You get to work on some challenging projects, involving cutting-edge technology, and at the same time, you have a peace of mind in executing your work, as you really get to plan, innovate and deliver. Moreover, you can put forward your thoughts, and share ideas, which are then discussed and scheduled to execute. Everyone has an equal voice in project's execution and planning, which I feel, is one of the plus points of ADARA. You will find good and talented people, who are always willing to help you if required. ADARA is really keeping track, and adopting the latest technologies, be it open source or a licensed software. Mostly, the developer who works on the projects, searches for/writes software which required for the project, which really help develop the project faster. I hope to get more exciting projects, and to continue to explore latest technologies and implement in those projects :) P.S. For anyone reading this review, I haven't/wasn't told/asked to write this review. I have never written reviews for any previous companies, but I am writing for ADARA, since I am honestly satisfied with the work culture and cutting-edge technology.

Cons

You get to/have to work on multiple projects simultaneously, but I feel that's really a blessing in disguise for anyone who really wants to progress and upgrade their existing knowledge.
