Great work environment. Nice iniciatives for team building. Great purpose. Easy to contact with users. Flexibility. You grow a lot with the work you do. Support from other team mates.
Cons
Communication was getting worse. CEO does not show up. HR issues with recruitment could be improved if they trusted the people in the company and promoted them.
