Problematic company with no future - Dayforce Applications Analyst Adaptalytics Employee Review

Too many to list. Owners are in over their heads. Small team of 8-10 that is 80% outsourced to Mauritius for cheap labor. These outsourced employees are hired with little knowledge of the system and treated poorly. The hourly employees hired within the US are not paid overtime, and told “we’ll make it up to you”, a clear violation of the FLSA - however there are other FLSA violations as well. Owners commit to projects without any knowledge or understanding of scope.
