Immediate management is okay, they do the best they can with what they have.
Cons
Obscenely low pay, the company took away annual merit raises and give out almost offensive raises. Received a Fourteen cent raise last year despite Adapt being a multi billion dollar company.
There is no work life balance here, and you accrue PTO at a laughable rate. There’s no sick time in your benefits. No flexibility in schedule and you will be required to be in a roach infested building even if you have zero patient interaction.
