      PTO is decent I guess.

      Cons

      Management doesn’t care about patients, patients complain all the time about how difficult it is to talk to an actual person, management doesn’t care. Management would rather lose referrals than admit their policies and automations simply do not work.

      nice co-workers, not being micro-managed

      Cons

      taking nearly 100 calls a day & being paid below $20 an hour, commission structure cut nearly in half & only get a 30 minute lunch
