Pros
If you are looking for a high quality, fun, and healthy workplace relationship with staff this is the best place to go. Staff has a genuine deep love for the kiddos here at AFL and it truly shows. Upper management works hard to include all staff and keep everyone informed of new changes within the company. There is always an easy and open line of communication between all staff.
Cons
Tuition reimbursement would be a great addition to give employees looking to gain education. That is really the only thing I can think of as I fully believe this is a great place to work!
