      Incredible team at local clinic, patient care is #1 priority among local staff.

      Cons

      Upper management is rolling out lots of changes to “increase employee retention” but are no longer guaranteeing hours to RBTs, are cutting nonbillable hours, and are now losing RBTs.

      Flexibility. Consistent attempts to improve. Always trying to find ways to offer every employee across the board an opportunity for growth. Overall support and encouragement to maintain a healthy work life balance.

      Cons

      ABA can be a very difficult field to work in for a multitude of reasons out of your control.
