This is the second ABA clinic I’ve worked for. At the last one, I felt like I didn’t have a voice. Employees weren’t valued. Clients were expected to fit into cookie cutter schedules and programming. At Adapt EVERYONE matters. We strive to make it a place EVERYONE enjoys coming to be they staff or clients. Pay rates, insurance, PTO, and holiday pay are all competitive. It’s a positive environment and our clients are showing great outcomes.

It’s hard work!! ABA isn’t for everyone. You need to have a passion for it.
