      Adapt is one of the only agencies that work with young adults, keeping the focus on transition age individuals and their skills to be worked on for the rest of their lives is refreshing and rewarding. Paid training Bonus structure for billable hours Company phone/laptop Responsive management

      Pros

      This is the best place to work because the company not only cares about the clients but also cares about its workers. The work environment is supportive and uplifting. I have never been so happy to work at a company. If anyone is new to the field you will be trained properly and will feel comfortable asking your superior questions. I would suggest this company to anyone with a big heart and wants to work somewhere they are valued!
