While Adapptor is a fun place to work with a great company culture, one of the things that has really stood out to me is the level of support and flexibility I have received. In my time at Adapptor I have been through many life changes from getting married, pregnancy and then returning to work after having a baby. Adapptor has supported me through every stage with the flexibility I needed to make it work. It's so fantastic to work for a tech company that truly supports women in the industry.

A degree of flexibility from the employee is needed at times in order to deliver products within a tight timeframe. Overtime (late evening or early mornings) may be needed in order to complete some work.
