      Amazing clients, paid holidays off, benefits, each day looks different

      Cons

      Very cliquey, bulling is frequent and not properly addressed, poor pay, poor PTO accrual rate, no eligibility for raises, bonuses are nonexistent (unless you count $25 in my 2 years employed there), poor management

      Pay is good. With this particular job Adanta approves my paycheck, and if I’ve ever had an issue with the clocking in/out system or any questions they have always been helpful.

      Pros

      They have great benefits and a lot of wonderful people.

      Cons

      Since this is an in person treatment program where the clients live at the unit I found myself doing more office and chore related work such as laundry, cooking dishes etc rather than peer support work.
