Good ol boys company. If you don’t get along with the ones that have been there many years, good luck. It’s their way or the highway no matter if they’re wrong. Corporate will never give you equal duties done at their other 2 offices. HR is lazy and lacking. You’re just a number - they only care for the PMs etc they like. Behind the times in comparison to other electrical companies. Full of empty hopes constantly. Crappy pay and a bunch of drunks and way too much nepotism there!
