The Warden is genuinely a borderline genius and very intelligent but that’s about all this place has going for it. Management makes an effort to break up any camaraderie or team unity because it threatens their mission. There is a reason for the 67% turnover record. If you are a yes man and are good with going along blindly with the five or six true admin, then you’re set for life but if you have opinions of your own, this is not the place for you. Commitment expected is wildly unmatchable for the pay offered.
