      Pros

      There are so many good things to say about ACE. I have never been in an environment where I felt more appreciated, welcomed, and overall fortunate to be a part of. The Adams family and all of the management are top tier people. They really strive to help everyone be their best and want to see their employees accomplish their goals. I look forward to coming to work each day, not only because the environment is great, but because it is filled with wonderful people I enjoy spending my time with. Truly blessed to work at ACE.

      Pros

      You want to make unlimited income? This is the place to be. The formula is simple, you kick butt and you will do well...very well! One disgruntled ex-employee seems to be writing all the negative reviews. Sad to see someone given the chance of a lifetime totally blow it ... his character or lack thereof is totally showing through.

      Good schedule M-F 8-4:30 Decent pay Awesome co workers Free health insurance

      Strict unreasonable quotas Small sales pit - when you mess up or you're "not liked" by others, you can feel the energy and it sucks No room for growth at all whatsoever Owners girlfriend works there and he gives her all the good accounts, as well as his two kids that work there
