      Pros

      The small and dynamic work environment is a good place to rapidly learn. The manager is very active and will help you every step of the way. Senior staff members are also very understanding and helpful.

      Cons

      The internship didn't compensate you enough for the amount of time and work you put in. Worked 9-5, Monday to Friday, sometimes on Saturdays without any overtime.
