Very low Salary Pkgs as compared to the market as starting for officer level around 35 to 40. Also, it requires an MBA with 2+ years of experience. Late Seating and workload. except for salary, there is no other benefit as there is no OPD, fuel allowance, or lunch facility given. The main reason is growth as you learn the job, you eventually do the same thing again and again. you sometimes feel stuck in your career. Also, appraisals are a big thing to leave the company as there is only a 6% raise given to employees despite all the efforts they put in the year. and the promotion system is also very frustrating as 3 years are required to promote. 3 years are required to become a senior officer next 3 years are required for an executive officer and so on and on.
