      Pros

      The patients are amazing. Tuition reimbursement is available.

      Cons

      Some co-workers are divisive. Team work is non-existent. Administrators will ghost you if you ask for help. Pay is low for geriatric facilities. (It wasn’t always like that.)

      I enjoyed it, and the CNAs were nicd

      Cons

      Management did not treat employees well, the LPNs were cruel to the CNAs, no one treated patients okay
