One benefit of our new sick time off policy is you are able to roll those hours over year after year with no cap on the amount of hours. In regards to PTO, a full time employee starting with Adam’s, depending on the position, will accrue between 2 and 3.5 weeks of vacation. This amount does increase at different rates depending on your tenure with the company.
