      Pros

      No pros. They take advantage of minorities and people of ethnic backgrounds with ethnic names.

      Cons

      Does not pay employees and refuses to respond to your emails. You end up having to file a ministry of labour claim in order to get your money for the hours you worked.

      Pros

      Flexible schedule, liked the people I worked with, some permanent positions, scheduling system is not bad, positions within the city, work as a subcontractor.

      Cons

      bad pay incl tips, 11$ or less bad locations, required to stand outside in the cold for several hours, max , terrible bosses who don't care at all about their employees, you never know how long you will be working, they make you pay for the uniform, bad quality coat only will cost you over 100$...

      make your own schedule very flexible relaxed and easy job tips can be good

      pay was garbage require you to drive far without adequate compensation not a good winter job
