The County's juvenile probation department is always improving standards and procedures, and it is working. Recidivism is down, and we are committing fewer kids to corrections. Co-workers are kind and knowledgeable, good teamwork. The benefits package is amazing.

Cons

There has been a lot of turnover related to lack of appropriate financial compensation and ability to promote.
