      Pros

      They recognize the efforts of a team member and appreciate the jobs well done. Their salary increment process is good enough provided one can justify the efforts and performance.

      Cons

      At times the company tries to cut the cost through reducing the additional amenities to employees. They had a policy to provide cell phones to their employees which they stopped doing now.

      Pros

      I have been working with Aduniverse360 from last 3.4 years and I must say that I want to work more. The reason is simple that I like the process of the company. * Friendly and cordial working culture * Best employees awarded with R&R * Good place for professional & personal grooming * Good increment for good performance

      Cons

      I have not come across any such things. However, it depends on person to person. For me, this is the best company to work with and learn more about Digital world.

      Pros

      This is one of the best IT and Digital marketing company I have ever worked with. I have worked with many other IT company where there was a lot of pressure and Management use to put all the pressure on their employees. This company treat you as a valuable team member and listen to your opinions on every aspect.

      Cons

      At times you have to take your own decision to contribute in their projects. But they believe in you and help you implementing all your decisions.
