Pros

Working as a Data Analyst here has been a strong learning experience. The projects are highly data-driven and give good exposure to real business impact rather than just reporting. There is clear role clarity in terms of expectations, KPIs, and deliverables, which helps in staying focused and productive. One of the best parts is the opportunity to work on diverse datasets and tools, which continuously enhances analytical skills. The team is supportive, and there is enough guidance when needed, while still allowing independence. Overall, a good place for someone who wants to grow in analytics with hands-on project experience and structured responsibilities.

Pros

Really good hike (30% on fixed ctc). That's it. That's the only positive about this company.

Cons

- Timings were not communicated clearly. On my contract, my timings were mentioned as 11 am - 8 pm, but on many occasions, the COO Nipun Taneja asked me to stay late for meetings till 12 AM, which I politely refused, citing my back issues. - I was also asked to change my office timings to a different shift on some days, i.e. 3 PM to 12 AM, which wasn't feasible for me, and the same wasn't communicated to me neither before my onboarding nor on my contract. - COO is unfairly biased towards 'media buyers',i.e., when an ad performs well, he mostly credits that to these media buyers, and the copywriter/video editor rarely gets any accolade for the same. But when an ad doesn't perform well, all blame shifts on the copywriter, and the media buyers are rarely held accountable for the same. - There's a culture of putting employees on PIP here, and it has happened with multiple people, including me. In my case, they told me things like 'it's just a genuine opportunity for improvement, and the company hasn't decided to remove you' and then suddenly, these people asked me to leave and gave me just a '1-day notice period'. I literally had to fight with them just to extend it for 1 week at least. - Nepotism is common at this place. Most of the business leads and team leads here are relatives of COO and CEO. It doesn't matter how hard you work or how well you perform; you only get promotions/bonuses if you're a relative or you lick their boots. - They constantly deducted a part of my salary every month because of some 'glitch' on their keka, which their finance team was unable to resolve even after multiple escalations. It might seem like a minor issue, but when you don't even ensure the bare minimum like an employee's full in-hand salary, it really impacts the said employee's morale. - Really horrible team members - I was in the VSL team, and my experience was really negative. Some of my team members, particularly Vishesh Bhasin, always used a rude, highly unprofessional tone during work discussions, and even used to criticize and mock me. I complained about the same issue to my manager, even had a 1-1 discussion with him, but after that, it was back to square one. And no action was taken against him because COO likes him a lot. - Even video editors are made to work overtime, sometimes even 12-13 hours because COO often assigned them a deliverable just before the end of the shift. - To make things worse, they even have a strict biometric system to track your break durations, and as per the last update, they were even planning to add a biometric system in the cafeteria (not sure if implemented or not). This clearly shows their control freak nature and micromanagement. - Please don't be fooled by their 'Great Place To Work' badge. It's a farce, and in one of their meetings, they themselves admitted that they bought this badge. It's just a bait to lure people into this company. - Pro tip - Please don't join if you're a creative person (copywriter/editor), your life will be hell. - Only join if you're ok with inhuman timings, uncultured teammates, payment issues, and underappreciated efforts.
