- Great work culture, fun environment, everyone is nice - incredible benefits and lots of vacation time - hardly ever have to work long hours

work can be a bit dull, but agency is looking to create some award-winning work

Great office and the people there all are great. Everyone goes above and beyond for the clients and to get work down. Monthly events and weekly happy hours are great.

The past year has been horrible. Continuous layoffs, only hiring contractors, pay freezes, and an even more demanding workload. Senior management within the office is completely lost and in way over their heads. They don't have any solutions and are driving away the best people. It is sad as most of the best people either left or were laid off. Management talks about loyalty but constantly lays people off. The people left either are looking for new jobs elsewhere or just can't find anything better.
