      - Coworkers are enjoyable - KC office is very nice and accommodating - Laid back culture - Hybrid - Likeminded people who are eager to learn & wicked smart! - Advanced in paid social knowledge and the creator space

      Pros

      Brilliant and fun team, supportive leadership, stimulating work, and great clients. Ability to work autonomously while still working in a collaborative environment. I've never worked somewhere where everyone is genuinely happy to be there and it's contagious. Plus great benefits and work/life balance.

      Cons

      Sometimes you need to check in on campaigns after hours, but thats super rare.
