Pros
Co-workers are great to work with. It is a team effort and there is an open door policy. Management is very involved so this can be a pro and a con. They are willing to teach you your role and encourage you to grow when it will benefit their needs.
Cons
There is a lot of work with little staff. No is never an acceptable answer for anything so you will find yourself doing way more duties than your job. There is the idea that you are to work way over 40 hours on a regular basis.
