Pros
Decent benefits
Lots of snacks
Cons
The company used to be about an innovative product that solved a market need. The current leadership does not seem to be able to decide what the vision is and keeps switching gears.
New products are thrown onto the market without proper testing while older ones limp along with issues still remaining, and upsetting customers.
Compensation needs to be analyzed for industry standards. Knowledge needs to be documented so there isn't a huge brain drain when employees (who continue to leave) leave. Teams need to have cohesive and reachable goals.
The current leadership seems to not understand the phrase "lead people, manage processes", and operational teams are blamed for poor management decisions.
