If you are a person who has persistence, you can learn a lot from the company. You are given huge responsibilities even on things which are out of your scope. So its obvious that you'll learn a lot. The one star over there in the top is because of this one thing.
Cons
You have to forget work life balance. There is no specific culture in the company. You would want to leave the company within a few days after you have worked here. 1 year and you start feeling the pinch and urge to leave, adding to your misery are the low packages that you get here and the dirty trick they play to make you believe you are being paid high.
