      Management is horrible!!!they single people out that do not kiss butt.They treat people disrespectably and do not give respect based on work merit only on socializing.Ceo needs to clean out foremans and leads if they ever have a chance on finding skilled machinists to work for them.

      Ok benefits, clean shop, smoker friendly

      Cons

      They promote the most unworthy to jobs that they have no business being in. Seems cruel to me to set them up for failure if they ever decide to leave or be forced to. If you apply anywhere else they will laugh you out of the room based on having none of the industry standards of responsibility and education.
